We know what it can be like when you can't get decent service from your original equipment supplier, we've been there too. And often the supplier once they have a customer 'tied' to their equipment, sometimes they simply charge customers whatever they like - and we have seen that exact situation many times. But now there is a better way. We created this website to introduce our engineering department to competitors customers so that they have at least an alternative for when they feel they are being over-charged by the supplier. And that does happen a lot.
Or you might have equipment that is no longer being made and is out of production. Sometimes we can help and sometimes, because of limited parts we can't, but at least you could ask us, there's nothing to lose in that respect is there?
Often we see many repairs that could be easily fixed, but the makers really want to sell you a new unit(s) and at the asking price maybe its not the best choice. If it's just a simple battery change that's only replaced by engineers its no problem to a company like us, and it wont cost the earth either.
